Receipt Upload FAQ

Receipts can be uploaded within 1 year from the purchase date. Be aware that the receipt ink generally fades over time. Take photos of your receipts as you get them to avoid this issue.

Typically, 5 business days. The points will either be added to your account, or the Rewards Team will reach out to you with any questions.

Our file size limit is 35MB. You’ll need to reduce the size of your image or PDF before uploading your receipt. While various computers and phones differ, here are a few easy options to try:

For large PDF files, Adobe offers a free Online PDF Compressor.

For photos on an iPhone/iPad, go to your Camera Roll or Photos app and select the photo(s) that need to be resized. Tap on the Share icon (up-arrow). Choose the Mail app to attach the image(s) to an email. You will be sending an email to yourself with reduced-size images, so put your own email address in the To line. Tap Send (blue arrow, pointing up) which bring up a menu to choose what size image(s) to attach: Small, Medium, Large or Actual (full-size). Try the Large size first, which should reduce it significantly but will still be large enough for us to read the receipt. Once you've emailed the image(s) to yourself, you can then open the email and save the new reduced-size image(s) to your phone or download them to your computer to upload them to the Pro Club website.

For .jpg images on a PC, open the image on your computer. By default, it usually opens the using the basic Windows Photo Viewer. Once open, right-click on the image to bring up the right-click menu. Select Resize Image. Use the options to reduce the size until it's under 35 MB. Note – don’t go too small, and please keep file at high resolution, so our team can read the receipt.
